Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you sign in, we store your email address for authentication purposes only. When you connect a YouTube channel, we fetch publicly available channel statistics (subscriber count, video titles, view counts) via the YouTube Data API. Brand contacts and outreach data you enter are stored to provide the service.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide SponsorAlert's functionality: generating outreach emails, tracking brand relationships, and scanning for brand intel. We do not sell, share, rent, or use your data for any other purpose. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics profiling, or training AI models.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely via Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies ensuring only you can access your own data. Brand contact information and email drafts are encrypted at rest.

Third-party services

• YouTube Data API — to fetch publicly available channel statistics
• Google Gemini API — to generate email drafts and brand suggestions (your data is sent to generate responses but is not stored by Google for training)
• Supabase — for authentication and data storage
• Stripe — for payment processing (we never see your full card details)

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Rectification — correct any inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of all your data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent — stop using the service at any time

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request data erasure, all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
